It also draws techniques from Acupressure and Facial Reflexology. Many people suffer facial tension which builds up in the muscles causing puffiness, lines and wrinkles. Our face is often our mask, hiding who we really are, and it takes much energy to maintain this ‘front’. Dropping the mask can be the door to profound relaxation and inner ease. This advanced method of face massage treats the surface and also the deep facial tissues with highly refined, gentle hand and finger manipulation.
