Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)

Service Description

This treatment is a series of gentle mobilisations and stretches that have been devised by Scottish physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert. It is designed to re-align the body, correcting balance and freeing physical and energetic blocks. Bringing the body back into alignment can alleviate issues such as knee problems, hip and joint pain, pelvic discomforts, back, neck and shoulder aches, fibromyalgia, headaches and many more. Energy levels will also increase when the body is in balance. Often providing a high degree of relief from pain and discomfort, no matter what your age, level of fitness or health, everyone can benefit from KCR. During a session you will be fully clothed and will be guided and assisted through the mobilisations and stretches, working within your own level of comfort and ability.
